I’m realizing I don’t know much about how RoboForex’s different account types handle withdrawals and customer support. The marketing talks about account features like spreads and leverage, but nobody mentions if one account type gets faster withdrawals than another, or if support treats you differently depending on which account you’re using.
This matters to me because I want to make sure I can actually access my money when I need it, and I want to know if I’m picking an account type that has my back when something goes wrong. I’ve read some comments about withdrawal speed varying by broker and even by account type, so it seems worth asking.
Does anyone here have real experience with withdrawals on different RoboForex account types? Is the experience the same across all of them, or does the account you choose actually affect how quickly you get your money back? And what about support quality? Is one account tier treated better than others? I’d rather pick based on facts than assume they’re all the same.
Withdrawal speed same across all RoboForex accounts. Support quality depends on your asset size.
Pro account gets faster support response. Standard slower but still reasonable.
Withdrawal speed doesn’t differ by account type on RoboForex. All accounts get processed within 1-3 business days depending on your payment method.
What does matter: support response time can be slower on lower tier accounts if they’re busy. Pro account holders sometimes get priority. But this varies and depends more on how busy they are than your account type.
Before opening any account, test their support with a simple question first. You’ll get a sense of response time. That matters more than account type.
I’ve used both Standard and Pro on RoboForex and honestly, withdrawals felt pretty much the same to me. Both took about 2 days to hit my bank account.
Support was responsive on both, though I didn’t need them much. I’d focus on other factors when picking an account type.
Withdrawal speed is more about your payment method than which account you have.
Switched from Standard to Pro last year. The withdrawal process was identical both times, around 2 business days. No difference there.
Support did feel slightly faster on Pro when I had a question, but it’s hard to say if that was the account type or just timing. They were responsive on Standard too when I needed them.
Don’t let withdrawal speed be your deciding factor. All RoboForex accounts withdraw fine. Pick based on trading costs instead.
