Been trading for a while now and still feel like I’m missing something with indicators.
Tried RSI and moving averages but results are inconsistent. What actually works for you guys in live trading conditions?

I prefer Bollinger Bands. They help identify volatility and potential reversals better than many others.
Stochastic and ATR perform well for me across various pairs. Stochastic indicates momentum changes ahead of price moves, while ATR assists in sizing positions based on volatility.
Many traders struggle because they chase signals instead of grasping what each indicator measures. RSI can work too, but proper settings for your timeframe are crucial. Consider using 21 instead of 14 for daily charts.
Master one indicator fully before introducing others.
Price action beats any indicator every time.
Support and resistance levels combined with basic trend lines work well for me in most market conditions.
I keep MACD on my charts too but mainly use it to confirm what price action is already showing me rather than as a primary signal.
The key is not overloading your charts with too many indicators since they often contradict each other anyway.
