FXPro’s verification process has three stages. First stage is automatic ID and address check, usually clears in hours. Second stage triggers if your withdrawal amount is above certain thresholds or your account is new. That’s where delays happen because they manually review your trading history.
Best practice: submit documents early, before you actually withdraw. Get verified to the highest tier first. Then when you request a withdrawal, it processes to your bank in 1 to 3 days. I’ve also noticed their support responds faster on Wednesdays and Thursdays if you need to escalate.
The real delay is usually banking, not FXPro. They send the funds but your bank takes 2 to 5 business days to credit your account. If you use a wire transfer instead of card withdrawal, it’s slower but sometimes more reliable for larger amounts. Check your bank’s processing times before you blame the broker.
From my experience, FXPro actually processes withdrawals pretty fast once you’re verified. The trick is getting fully verified before you need the money. I do that on day one with any broker now.
Also, I noticed they’re faster on smaller withdrawals. If I withdraw more than $5,000 they seem to add extra review time.
