Been trading with just my laptop for months but thinking about upgrading to a proper multi-monitor setup.
Curious what everyone else is running. Single ultrawide or multiple screens? How many charts do you actually keep open at once?

Single ultrawide works fine. Got charts on one side and economic calendar on the other.
I run two 24-inch monitors and it works great. Left screen has my trading platform with charts, right screen shows news feeds and the broker terminal. I keep 5-6 pairs open but only focus on 2-3 at once. Being able to see different timeframes without constantly switching windows makes a huge difference. Started with one screen, but the upgrade definitely improved my flow.
Dual 27-inch monitors here. Started with a single 24-inch and kept adding more thinking it’d help. Had four at one point but just created chaos.
Now I keep it simple - main charts on the left, news feed and trade management on the right. Max 3-4 currency pairs open. More than that and I lose focus.
The game changer? Screen space for multiple timeframes of the same pair. Having 1H, 4H, and daily charts visible without switching tabs completely changed how I trade.
Ultrawide could work too but I like the physical separation between analysis and execution. Keeps me organized when things get volatile.
Three screens but only use two most days.
