What does the community actually say about XTB's reliability compared to other brokers you've used?

I’m in the early stages of broker research and I keep seeing XTB mentioned, but I want to hear from people here who’ve actually traded with them. Not promotional stuff, just honest feedback.

Specifically: How reliable has XTB been for you in real trading conditions? Did execution work the way you expected? Were withdrawals fast? Did the platform stay stable during volatile trading?

I’m also curious how it stacks up against other brokers in this community. If you’ve used multiple platforms, what was actually different about XTB? Better? Worse? Different trade-offs?

I’m trying to get a realistic picture before I fund an account. Community feedback usually reveals things that marketing doesn’t.

XTB works fine. Execution is solid. Withdrawals are reasonably fast.

Better than FxPro for me. Worse spreads than IC Markets though.

Used them for two years. No major complaints actually.

I’ve tested XTB alongside FxPro and IC Markets. Here’s what I found:

XTB’s execution is genuinely reliable - I tracked 500+ trades and slippage was minimal. Withdrawals process in 2-3 business days consistently. Support is responsive.

The spread on major pairs is about 1.2-1.5 pips on standard accounts, which is middle of the road. Not the tightest, not the widest.

Where XTB wins: platform stability is excellent and they don’t have hidden fees. Where it loses: you can’t get spreads as tight as ECN brokers. For beginner to intermediate traders though, XTB is more reliable than most alternatives.

XTB seems decent from what I’ve seen. People here seem pretty satisfied with them overall.

Used XTB for about two years now, tested them against RoboForex and FxPro.

XTB’s reliable in the ways that matter - execution is consistent, especially on major pairs. Withdrawals hit my account in 2-3 days every time. Platform doesn’t crash during high volatility.

Compared to RoboForex, XTB’s spreads are tighter but less customization on account types. Compared to FxPro, XTB feels more stable but FxPro has better support for certain automated trading.

For most traders, XTB is the safer choice. You’re not getting insane rebates or ultra-tight spreads, but you’re getting consistency. That matters more than people realize.
