Before I pick a broker and fund my account, I want to know if FBS support is actually helpful when problems come up, not just what the website promises. I’ve had bad experiences with other brokers where support took forever or didn’t understand my questions.
I’m specifically wondering: how fast do they actually respond? Do they actually solve problems or just give generic answers? And more importantly, if something goes wrong during trading—like a connection issue or execution problem—can you actually get help quickly?
Has anyone in this community dealt with FBS support enough to give me a real picture of what to expect? The GlobeGain community reviews might have some insight too.
FBS support is decent but not exceptional. Here’s what to expect:
Email support responds within 24 hours usually. Sometimes faster during their business hours. The responses are professional but sometimes generic. You might need a follow-up email to actually solve the problem.
Live chat support is faster, usually 5-15 minutes wait. Quality varies. Some agents understand trading questions, others don’t.
For urgent issues, live chat is your best bet. For documentation or account verification, email is okay.
The real test: support can’t fix execution problems or market conditions. They can only help with account issues, verification, or technical platform problems. Don’t expect them to help you recover from a bad trade.
I’ve contacted FBS support maybe five times over two years. Mixed results.
One time I had trouble verifying my account. Email took them 6 hours to respond with clear instructions. Fixed the problem myself after that.
Another time I had a question about their minimum withdrawal amount. Live chat had me answered within 10 minutes and the agent was actually helpful.
The frustrating time was when my withdrawal was delayed. I contacted support and they told me it was “processing normally” but didn’t give me specifics. It showed up 2 days later anyway.
Overall, support works for basic questions. For complex issues or urgent problems, they’re slower than other brokers I’ve used. I wouldn’t rank them as a strength of FBS, but they’re not terrible either.
The community through GlobeGain forum might actually give you better insights on specific problems than their support sometimes.
I’ve had okay experiences with FBS support. Nothing amazing, nothing terrible.
When I had a technical question about MT4, they got back to me pretty quickly through live chat and actually knew the answer. That was good.
When I had questions about fees or account settings, email was slow but the responses were helpful.
The main thing is don’t expect them to be your trading advisor. They help with account logistics, not strategy or market questions.
I’d say support is a non-issue unless you have frequent problems. For occasional questions, they’re fine. Just manage your expectations and use live chat for urgent stuff.
Support answered my questions. Nothing special but got the job done.
Email slow. Live chat okay. Don’t expect miracles.
Average support not dealbreaker.
Never needed them much so can’t complain.
