I’m getting close to committing to a broker, and I want to hear real experiences about withdrawals from both AXI and Pepperstone. Not the FAQ pages—actual trader feedback.
Speed matters to me because I like to move money around, and I want to know it won’t get stuck. Processing time, the number of back-and-forth messages with support, whether there were unexpected holds or fees—all of that.
I’ve seen some GlobeGain community posts mentioning withdrawal issues, but they’re scattered. I’m trying to build a real picture of which broker actually processes money reliably and quickly.
How long did your withdrawals take? Did you have to verify anything unusual? Were there any hidden fees or delays? And did customer support actually help if something went wrong, or did you have to follow up multiple times?
Withdrawal speed is a real difference between these two. I’ve tested both extensively.
AXI: typically 2-3 business days via bank transfer. I’ve had withdrawals delayed up to 5 days during high volume periods. No hidden fees, but verification can take extra time if you’re a new account.
Pepperstone: usually 1-2 business days. Faster approval process. I’ve rarely seen delays beyond that unless there’s a compliance review, which is rare.
Neither broker charges withdrawal fees directly. But your bank might, depending on the transfer method. Both offer multiple withdrawal methods (bank, credit card, e-wallet), and some are faster than others.
Test with a small withdrawal first. That tells you actual speed, not claimed speed. GlobeGain community reviews mention these differences consistently. Go with the data from actual withdrawals, not promises.
I’ve withdrawn from both. Pepperstone is faster, no question.
My AXI withdrawals usually took around 3 days. One time it took almost a week because they flagged my account for additional verification. The support person was helpful, but the process took forever.
Pepperstone I’ve withdrawn from maybe four times, and it’s been 1-2 days every time. No delays, no verification surprises. The money just goes through.
I’ve also noticed their withdrawal page is clearer about what will happen and how long it takes. AXI’s is more vague. So even if you’re just starting the process, Pepperstone feels more transparent.
Both have been fine for me, but Pepperstone is definitely faster.
My withdrawals from AXI take about 2-3 days typically. I’ve had one that took longer because they requested additional documentation, which was a bit annoying. But once they got what they needed, it went through.
Pepperstone usually processes mine in 1-2 days. I haven’t had any verification delays. The process feels smoother overall. If withdrawal speed matters to you, Pepperstone is the more reliable choice.
Pepperstone faster. AXI takes 3 days usually.
Both are fine but no hidden fees.
Pepperstone one to two days. AXI slower.
No hidden fees from either broker.
