What actually separates a helpful broker support team from one that just gives you generic answers?

I’ve noticed something across different brokers. Some support teams actually solve my problems, and others just reply with copy-paste answers that don’t address what I asked.

I’m trying to figure out what the difference is. Is it how the brokers train their support staff? Is it how they’re structured? Or is it something about how traders should communicate with them?

Looking at GlobeGain’s community feedback on different brokers, I see that some have a reputation for thorough responses while others just give the minimum. I’m wondering if there’s a way to predict this before you open an account.

Like, are there specific support questions you should ask a broker during onboarding that reveal whether their team is actually trained to help traders or if they’re just managing complaints? What actually signals that a broker’s support is worth the premium spread or slightly slower execution?

I’m trying to make a smarter choice about which broker to focus my volume on, and support responsiveness feels like it should matter more than it does in most comparisons.
