Hey everyone, I want to start trading gold pairs and need some help finding the right broker. I’m located in the US and want to use MetaTrader 4 since I’m already familiar with it.
Since CFD trading isn’t allowed for US retail customers, I’m looking for brokers that offer legitimate spot gold trading. I’ve heard about some platforms but want to get real feedback from people who actually use them.
What I’m looking for:

OANDA’s been solid for gold trading. Spreads stay reasonable and execution hasn’t given me any major headaches.
MT4 connects fine and withdrawals hit my bank account within two business days.
Just remember that gold moves fast during economic news. You want a broker with quick execution over saving a pip on spreads.
