I’m getting close to pulling the trigger on using Tickmill for consistent scalping, but I want to be sure about the practical stuff before I commit real money. Specifically, I’m concerned about two things: how fast do they actually process withdrawals, and how helpful is their customer support when you need it.
I’ve read forum posts and they’re all over the place - some people say withdrawals are instant, others say they wait days. I want to know what’s typical for you.
Also, if I have an issue with my account or need to understand something about my trading account, is support actually responsive and helpful? Or do you get slow replies and generic answers?
Have you withdrawn from Tickmill before? How long did it actually take? And have you contacted their support about anything important - if so, how was your experience?
Withdrawals usually 2 to 3 business days for me.
Support replies within a few hours typically.
No issues with withdrawals or support honestly.
Tickmill withdrawals are straightforward. Standard processing time is 1 to 3 business days depending on your payment method. Wire transfers take longer than e-wallets. Nothing unusual there.
Key point: withdrawals only process to the account you deposited from. If you try to withdraw to a different account, they’ll reject it. That’s standard compliance, not a Tickmill issue.
Support quality is decent. Technical questions get answered accurately within a few hours during business hours. Weekend support is slower but still responsive. They’re not going to win awards for service speed, but they’re competent.
One thing I noticed: Tickmill has different support channels. Email is slower. Live chat is faster if they’re online. Live chat during their business hours usually gets you a response in under an hour for straightforward questions. If your issue is complex, they escalate it and you get a detailed response within 24 hours usually.
I’ve withdrawn from Tickmill three times now. Every time took between 2 to 4 business days to hit my bank account. Nothing concerning. The process felt smooth with no surprises.
I’ve also contacted support a couple times with account questions and got helpful replies. They actually understood what I was asking instead of giving me a scripted answer.
For a retail broker, I’d say the support and withdrawal experience are above average. Nothing amazing but reliable.
Withdrawals processed fine for me a few times no major delays.
The thing that impressed me about Tickmill support: they actually engaged with me as a trader, not as a generic customer. When I asked about spread rebates and how they calculated them, they explained the actual mechanism instead of just saying ‘rebates are applied.’ That’s the kind of support that makes me trust a broker.
