I’ve been looking at XTB for a while now and I keep seeing mixed things online. Some people say their execution is solid, others complain about withdrawal times. I’m trying to figure out if they’re actually reliable before I move any real money over.
I’m specifically curious about a few things:
- How fast are their withdrawals actually? I’ve heard everything from 24 hours to a week.
- During volatile market periods, does their platform stay stable or does it lag when you need it most?
- What’s the support like when you have a real issue? Do they actually respond or do you get stuck in a queue?
- Are their spreads competitive compared to what other traders here are using?
I’ve been trading for about a year now, mostly EUR/USD and some GBP pairs. I’m not scalping or doing anything crazy, just swing trades. I want a broker I can trust with my capital, not one where I’m constantly worried about withdrawal issues or hidden fees.
If you’ve actually used XTB, what’s been your real experience? Would you recommend them or would you suggest looking elsewhere?
Solid execution but withdrawals sometimes slow.
XTB works fine. Spreads okay spreads not amazing.
I’ve used XTB for about three years now. Execution is quick, spreads are tight on major pairs, and I haven’t had withdrawal issues except once during a regulatory change. Support takes 24-48 hours usually.
The real benefit for me has been combining their tight spreads with GlobeGain rebates. My actual cost per lot drops significantly compared to brokers with wider spreads but no cashback.
One thing to check: their platform can get sluggish during major news events. Not terrible, but noticeable. If you scalp or trade volatility hard, test them with a micro account first.
I’ve been with XTB for about two years. They’re pretty reliable honestly. My withdrawals usually come through within 2-3 business days, which is fine for me since I don’t need the money immediately.
The platform runs smooth most of the time. I haven’t had any major complaints there. Support replies take a bit but they do answer your questions.
My suggestion would be to start with a smaller deposit and test them out yourself before committing a large amount.
They’re okay. Spreads decent. Withdrawal process works. Nothing special but nothing terrible either.
I switched to XTB about a year and a half ago from another broker. The main reason was their competitive spreads on EUR/USD and the fact that GlobeGain’s rebates made the real cost per trade actually lower than I was paying before.
Execution quality is solid. I get filled where I expect to get filled. Their MT4 platform is standard MT4, nothing fancy, but that’s actually good if you’re used to MT4.
Withdrawals have been reliable for me. Fastest was 18 hours, slowest was 4 days. Their support team takes time but they actually solve issues instead of just disappearing.
The only downside I’ve noticed is they have strict position limits during major news events. Can’t open huge positions right before FOMC or payroll. But that’s actually a safety feature for most traders anyway.
