Their support team responds within hours usually, not minutes. The withdrawal process typically takes two to three business days. Reliability during peak volatility is their weak point compared to brokers like FxPro or IC Markets. Test Deriv with small positions during low volatility first, then assess whether the execution meets your needs before scaling up.
