Rating XTB's customer support in real situations—what actually happens when you need help?

Customer support quality matters way more than most traders realize. You can have decent spreads and platform stability, but if support abandons you during a problem, you’re stuck.

I’ve seen posts about XTB’s support being great and also complaints about slow response times. I want to know what the actual experience is like when things go wrong.

Specific scenarios I’m curious about: If your account gets frozen for verification, how fast does that resolve? If you have a technical issue during market hours, do they actually help or just point you to FAQ pages? If you dispute a trade, how seriously do they investigate?

I’m especially interested in support quality during volatile markets when problems are more likely to happen.
