Been tracking my trades for months and consistently see better performance mid-week.
Mondays are usually messy with weekend gaps. Fridays I get stopped out more often.
Wondering if this is just coincidence or if others see similar weekly cycles in their results.
Thursday works for me too. Maybe institutions are busier mid-week after everyone gets back from traveling.
Monday mornings are garbage but Sunday nights work fine.

EUR/USD and GBP/USD work way better Tuesday-Thursday. Asian pairs though? Monday nights are solid since it’s their Tuesday.
I stopped trading Friday afternoons completely. Got burned too many times by sudden reversals before weekends - banks close their positions then.
Break down your data by pairs and time zones. You’ll probably see the pattern’s stronger with certain majors.
