How good is exness customer support when you actually need help?

I’m considering moving my trading to Exness but one thing holding me back is how their customer support actually responds when you have a problem. I’ve had bad experiences with slow support from other brokers and I want to make sure Exness won’t leave me hanging if something goes wrong.

For example, what happens if you have a technical issue during trading? How fast do they respond to withdrawal questions? And if you have a dispute about an execution or a trade that feels wrong, how does that process work?

I’m also wondering if the quality of their support changes depending on how much you’re trading or what type of account you have.

Has anyone here actually had to contact Exness support for something important and can tell me how it went?

Exness support is okay but not exceptional. Average response time is 12-24 hours for email. Live chat is faster but not always available.

Here’s what matters: they don’t discriminate by account size, which is good. You’ll get the same response whether you have $500 or $50,000.

For urgent technical issues during market hours, live chat is your best bet. For documentation or account questions, email works fine.

One thing I noticed: they rarely solve complex issues on first contact. Be prepared to follow up. It’s not worst-in-class but definitely not best either. This shouldn’t be a deal breaker unless you’re a high-frequency scalper who needs instant support.
