I’ve read some positive reviews about their support team being responsive, but I’ve also seen complaints about slow response times and unhelpful answers. What I’m really trying to figure out is what the average experience actually is and whether their support can actually help when things go wrong.
Specifically, I’m interested in knowing: how quickly do they respond to urgent issues? Have you experienced any situations where their support failed to resolve a problem? And does their support quality seem consistent or does it vary depending on the issue type?
Also, has anyone here used community feedback or your own support interactions combined with other reliability metrics to form a complete picture of xtb’s operational quality?

Non-urgent issues get responses within 24 hours. Urgent technical problems during market hours usually get acknowledgment within 2 to 3 hours, but actual resolution varies. Simple issues like password resets are handled immediately.
What I found: support quality depends on issue complexity. Basic account questions are answered well. Technical execution problems sometimes require escalation and take longer to resolve.
Compare this against what other brokers offer and xtb is middle-of-the-road. Not exceptional, not terrible.
