I’m new to using GlobeGain and want to make sure I capture rebates automatically when trading with HFM. I created my GlobeGain account and linked what I thought was my HFM MT5 login, but the first few trades didn’t show rebates. I then checked that the account number and server matched what HFM shows in MT5 and ran a few small trades. After a day the rebates appeared for some trades but not all.

What exact steps should I follow to ensure GlobeGain records all my HFM trades correctly and where are common pitfalls?

Use a checklist when linking GlobeGain to HFM. First confirm the account number and server string in your MT4 or MT5 terminal and enter those exact details in GlobeGain. Second avoid using different emails or aliases for broker and rebate accounts. Third do at least three small test trades and save the MT4/MT5 trade IDs. Rebate systems often match by trade ID and account. Finally allow for settlement time as some cashbacks appear after broker reporting. If rebates are missing provide trade IDs to support.

I set mine up in three quick steps.

Register on GlobeGain and verify your email. Add HFM and paste the exact MT5 login and server name. Do a very small trade and check the GlobeGain dashboard the next morning to confirm the rebate.
