FBS withdrawal time and customer support: is it actually reliable or just marketing?

I’m thinking about moving some of my trading capital to FBS but I’ve heard conflicting stories about how long withdrawals actually take. One person said three days, another said two weeks. Same with customer support - some say they’re helpful, others say it takes forever to get a response.

I don’t care about fancy features. I just need to know: if I want to pull my money out, will it actually arrive on time? And if something goes wrong, can I actually reach someone who helps?

Anyone here have recent experience with FBS withdrawals and their support team? What’s the reality versus what they advertise?

Withdrawals three to five business days typically. Support response hit or miss.

Use their live chat. Email slower but eventually answers.

FBS withdrawal speed depends on your payment method. Bank transfers usually take 3-5 business days. E-wallets like Skrill are faster, around 24 hours.

Their support responds faster if you use live chat versus email. I’ve had issues resolved within a few hours on chat, but email can take 24-48 hours.

One thing: verify your account completely before your first withdrawal. If documentation is missing, withdrawals get stuck. That’s where most delays happen, not with the broker itself.

I withdrew twice from FBS. Both times took about four business days to my bank account.

Their chat support was actually decent when I had questions. Took maybe 10-15 minutes to get a real person. Better experience than some other brokers I’ve used.

Make sure your account verification is current before you try to withdraw. That’s the most common hold-up I’ve seen discussed in trading groups.

My withdrawal came in four days. No major issues but took longer than they said.

Support average not great but not terrible either honestly.

Withdrew from FBS about six months ago for the first time. Took exactly five business days to hit my account. No problems but I did verify everything beforehand which probably helped.

Their support was responsive when I had questions. Not the fastest but definitely not ignored. I’d rate them middle of the road for withdrawal reliability.

Here’s what I learned the hard way: FBS does withdraw money fine, but documentation holds things up more than anything else.

I had a withdrawal stuck for two weeks once because they needed updated ID. Even though I uploaded it, the system didn’t flag it properly. Support could have been proactive about that but weren’t. Get ahead of any document requests and you’ll have better experience.
