I read a lot about FxPro’s trading conditions before I opened my account, but I didn’t really think much about what happens if something goes wrong—specifically with support during withdrawal problems.
Now that I’m actually engaged with the platform and thinking about withdrawing, I’m wondering: when withdrawals get stuck or delayed, how responsive is FxPro’s customer support? Do they actually help you diagnose the problem, or do they just give you templated responses and timelines?
I’m also curious about platform stability during those moments. Has anyone had withdrawal issues coincide with platform problems? Or is it usually just a documentation or processing bottleneck on their backend?
What’s your real experience with FxPro’s support team when you’ve had withdrawal troubles? Did they actually resolve issues quickly, or was it frustrating?
FxPro support during withdrawals ranges from helpful to frustratingly slow depending on the issue. If it’s a documentation problem, they’re typically clear about what’s needed. If it’s a backend delay or system issue, they tend to give generic timelines without real investigation.
Bigger problem: email support is slower than chat. If your withdrawal is stuck, use live chat during UK business hours. You’ll get a real human who can escalate instead of a template response. Platform stability is usually fine—withdrawal delays are almost never because of platform glitches. It’s almost always documentation, verification, or processing queue.
My advice: don’t wait passively. After 3 business days with no movement, contact support proactively with your withdrawal transaction ID. That urgency usually gets them to check what’s actually holding it up rather than just saying “processing.”
Had a withdrawal issue where my documents were flagged for review but I wasn’t notified. Support didn’t reach out—I had to contact them. Once I did, they responded within hours and told me exactly what was missing.
They’re responsive once you push them, but they don’t proactively communicate well. Platform itself was fine, no stability issues. It was purely a support responsiveness problem.
The upside: once they understood the actual issue, resolution was fast. The downside: you have to do the detective work first.
Use live chat. Email is slow. Respond after 3 days.
From what I’ve experienced, FxPro support is decent but not great. They’re professional and usually get back to you, but don’t expect them to go above and beyond during delays.
The platform itself has been rock solid for me. No stability issues. When withdrawals have been delayed, it’s been on the processing side, not a technical problem.
Support responds but isn’t super quick. Platform is stable. Delays are usually processing, not technical.
One thing to know: FxPro support during market hours can be slower because they’re busy. If you have a withdrawal issue, contact them outside peak hours (early morning or late evening UK time) for faster responses.
Document everything you submit for withdrawal verification. Screenshots of uploads, confirmation emails, everything. If support says they didn’t receive something, you have proof. That avoids the back-and-forth that drags issues out.
Ask support what docs needed before submitting.
