I’ve been looking at Exness and they offer both MT4 and MT5. But I want to know from actual traders: does the platform hold up when markets get crazy? Like during news events or fast-moving rallies?
I also want to know what the customer support is actually like when things go wrong. Not what their website says, but what other traders here have experienced. And I’m curious if GlobeGain’s community discussions and real-user feedback actually help answer these questions.

MT5 more stable than MT4. Exness executes cleanly during volatility.

Support: they respond within 2-4 hours during trading hours. Not instant, but faster than many brokers. For technical platform issues, wait times are longer (6-12 hours sometimes). That’s normal.
Real user feedback matters here. Read recent forum posts about Exness MT5 stability. If multiple traders report the same issue, there’s probably something real. Isolated complaints are usually environmental (internet connection, computer issues).
