Been tracking different crypto pairs and noticed some weird patterns during certain hours.
Seems like volatility changes completely depending on when US or Asian markets are active. What time zones do you guys focus on for your entries?

Asian session for breakouts US hours for trends
Different story here - I skip the Asian/US overlap completely. Way too choppy with fake breakouts around 8-10 PM EST.
London open (3-5 AM EST) is where I make money. BTC and ETH actually move with real momentum then instead of just random noise.
Sunday nights are trash though. Volume’s too low and everything’s unpredictable. I don’t even bother trading those days anymore.
I focus on trading crypto in the early evening after the stock markets close. This period, around 6-9 PM EST, is often when the market shows its true direction. The day trading noise decreases, and there is still enough volume for good fills. Friday evenings are also effective as the traditional markets shut down for the weekend.
