I’m at a point where I need to decide on a broker and I keep coming down to three: FxPro, IC Markets, or Pepperstone. I’ve done some research but I want to hear from people who’ve actually traded with all three and know how they handle withdrawals.
Everyone talks about spreads and platforms, but what I really care about is getting my money out reliably and without headaches. I know these three are all regulated and generally solid, but the differences in how they process withdrawals matter to me.
So I’m asking: if you’ve used two or all three of these brokers, what’s the actual difference in how fast they withdraw your money? Are there any real differences in their verification processes? Does one of them have a reputation for being smoother than the others when it comes to pulling profits?
IC Markets and Pepperstone both use the same payment processor backend, which is why their withdrawal speeds are nearly identical: usually 1-3 business days for card and e-wallet, 3-5 for bank transfers.
FxPro tends to be slower. They manually verify withdrawals more often, so you’re looking at 2-5 business days even if everything checks out.
Where they differ: IC Markets has the fastest support response during withdrawal issues. Pepperstone is reliable but slower on support replies. FxPro’s support is inconsistent.
For pure withdrawal reliability, go IC Markets. For platform features plus reliability, Pepperstone. FxPro if you specifically want their platform, but accept that withdrawals take longer.
I’ve used FxPro and IC Markets over the past three years. IC Markets is faster for withdrawals, hands down. They usually clear in two days if you’re verified and it’s a standard method.
FxPro took me longer on average, sometimes three to four days. But the difference wasn’t huge and honestly depends on timing. I’ve had IC Markets delays too.
What matters more is that IC Markets’ support responds way faster if something goes wrong. I had a withdrawal issue with FxPro once and it took them two days to reply to my support ticket. IC Markets answered within hours.
Pepperstone, I’ve heard good things but haven’t used them. Most people say they’re similar to IC Markets in speed and support quality.
I’ve used Pepperstone and FxPro. Pepperstone’s withdrawals are pretty straightforward, usually clear in two to three days.
FxPro was a bit slower for me, and I had to resubmit a verification document once which extended things. Could’ve been my mistake though.
Both are solid brokers but if speed matters to you, I’d lean toward Pepperstone or IC Markets. They just seem to have smoother processes.
That said, I use FxPro now and I’m not upset about withdrawal times. It’s not like it’s slow enough to be a real problem. Just slightly slower than the others.
IC Markets fastest then Pepperstone then FxPro for withdrawals.
One more thing to consider: these brokers’ withdrawal speeds vary by country and payment method. I’ve seen traders in Europe get faster withdrawals from FxPro than someone in Asia.
Before you choose, check which payment methods are fastest in your location specifically. Sometimes a slower broker is faster if you use the right payment method.
Take an hour and contact support for each broker. Ask specifically how long withdrawals take in your country with your payment method. That’s worth more than any general comparison.
