Comparing FxPro to other brokers: which actually pays out faster and has better support?

I’m at the point where I’m trying to narrow down which broker to stick with long-term. I’ve used a few different platforms, and I’m trying to weigh FxPro against some alternatives like IC Markets, Pepperstone, and maybe Axi.

For me, the decision comes down to two main things: withdrawal speed and the quality of support when something goes wrong. I want to know which broker actually comes through on both fronts.

I’m not as concerned about spreads or rebates at this point, I’m more focused on reliability. When you request a withdrawal, does it actually clear in the timeframe they advertise? And if there’s an issue, can you get someone helpful on the line without pulling your hair out?

Have you tested multiple brokers and noticed a real difference? Which one would you recommend if speed and support are your priorities? What was your experience actually like when you needed help during a withdrawal?

IC Markets fastest for me. FxPro support responsive though.

Pepperstone solid all around honestly better than both.

I’ve cycled through most of these platforms. IC Markets and Pepperstone edge out FxPro slightly on withdrawal speed, usually clearing within 4-5 business days versus FxPro’s 5-7 day average. The difference is marginal though.

Where FxPro actually performs better is support responsiveness. Their team replies within a few hours usually, even during busy periods. IC Markets support can be slower. Pepperstone falls in the middle.

Axi is more variable. Sometimes fast, sometimes slow, depending on which department handles your request.

If support quality matters to you, FxPro wins. If you’re just chasing the absolute fastest payout time, IC Markets or Pepperstone edge ahead. The actual difference in calendar days is usually just 1-2 days though, so I wouldn’t let that be the deciding factor. I’d prioritize support reliability since you’ll actually need them at some point.

I’ve traded with both FxPro and IC Markets for the past year. FxPro withdrawals consistently took about 6 days. IC Markets maybe a day faster on average.

For support, I had better luck with FxPro. When I had a question during a withdrawal, they got back to me pretty quickly. With IC Markets, it took longer to get a response.

Honestly, both are solid. If I had to choose, I’d probably stick with FxPro because the support experience matters when things go wrong.

Used FxPro and Pepperstone. Both similar for speed and support. Can’t say one is clearly better.

I’ve spent time with FxPro, IC Markets, and Pepperstone. Here’s what I’ve actually seen:

With FxPro, withdrawals average 5-7 days and support responds usually within a few hours. I had to contact them once when a withdrawal got flagged for additional verification, and they handled it quickly.

IC Markets is slightly faster on withdrawals, maybe 4-6 days, but support feels less responsive. Took them about 24 hours to get back to me on a question.

Pepperstone is solid across both. Withdrawals similar to FxPro, support responsive but not faster.

For me, the edge goes to FxPro because I trust their support team. When something goes wrong, and something always goes wrong eventually, responsive support matters more than saving a day or two on withdrawal time. I’ve made my decision based on that.
