I’ve seen a lot of discussion here about spreads and costs, but I’m wondering if anyone actually digs deeper into the reliability side when comparing roboforex account types.
Like, does it matter which account type you pick if the withdrawal takes forever regardless? Or if one account type has more frequent disconnections? I’m trading my own money so both of those things actually concern me more than saving 0.1 pips on spreads.
I want to understand: Does roboforex handle withdrawals differently across Standard, Pro, and ECN? Is platform stability actually different on different tiers? Has anyone experienced issues with customer support that seemed to depend on which account type they were using?
I’m also trying to factor in GlobeGain rebates when thinking about reliability - like, if your rebates take forever to land, does that change your evaluation of a particular account type?
I’d appreciate hearing about actual experiences with reliability and withdrawal speed, not just marketing claims. What’s been real for you with roboforex account reliability?
All account types withdraw at same speed. Platform stability identical.
Support quality matters way more than spreads though.
Withdrawal speed is the same across all roboforex account types. The broker doesn’t differentiate there. Platform stability is identical too. What differs is support priority: ECN accounts sometimes get faster responses because they’re higher-tier, but this varies by support channel and time of day. Real reliability difference: ECN execution is faster during peak hours, so if you’re trading during volatile windows and need quick entry/exit, ECN matters. Otherwise, no real difference. Test withdrawals during your first week. If they’re slow, that’s a broker-wide issue, not account-type specific.
GlobeGain rebates are separate from the broker. Rebate timing doesn’t depend on your roboforex account type. It’s between you and GlobeGain. Some traders wait 5 days, some wait 15 days. That’s normal. Don’t let rebate timing shift your account type decision.
I’ve been with roboforex on Pro for most of this year.
Withdrawals have been consistent. Never waited more than 3-4 business days. No complaints there.
I haven’t noticed platform stability issues. Everything works smoothly on my end. Support responses are quick enough when I need them.
Withdrawals are same speed on all accounts. Don’t worry about that.
Platform is stable. Account type doesn’t change that.
One thing I wish someone had told me: just because a broker has withdrawal issues doesn’t mean the issue is on their end. Sometimes your bank adds delays. Sometimes the payment processor adds delays. I blamed roboforex for slow withdrawals once and it turned out my bank was holding the transfer for review. Check your payment method, not just the broker. That matters way more than which account type you pick.
