Anyone tried Pepperstone trading platform - thoughts?

I’m looking into different forex brokers and came across Pepperstone. I’ve been doing some research but would love to hear from people who actually used their services. What’s your experience with them? Are they reliable for trading? How are their spreads and execution speeds? I’m particularly interested in knowing about any issues you might have faced with withdrawals or customer support. Also wondering if their platform is user-friendly for someone who’s not super tech-savvy. Any feedback would be really helpful before I decide to open an account with them. Thanks in advance for sharing your experiences!

Used Pepperstone for over three years. Their execution is reliable, especially during major trading sessions. I rarely experience slippage on EUR/USD or GBP/USD pairs. They have competitive spreads, though not the tightest. Withdrawals are processed quickly, usually within 24 hours. cTrader platform is effective, but there’s a learning curve. My only issue has been with customer support, which can be slow during peak times, sometimes taking 2-3 hours to connect. Overall, they are a reliable broker with no significant issues.

Tested them last year. No deposit nonsense like some brokers.

Pepperstone’s solid for regular trading. Their biggest plus is reliable execution - no weird requotes like you get with market makers. Commission structure is straightforward too. You pay upfront instead of getting hit with hidden spread markups, so it’s easy to figure out what you’re actually spending. Server location’s in Australia, which means your money sits in segregated accounts. Way better protection than those sketchy offshore brokers. Go with Raw Spread accounts if you trade a lot. Standard accounts have fat spreads that’ll kill your profits if you’re active.

Solid broker skip their MT4 version

I’ve been trading with them for 18 months and they handle my volume just fine.

The platform runs smooth most of the time. Spreads are decent during London and NY sessions.

Withdrawals work well. I stick to bank transfers since they’re faster than card withdrawals.

Their mobile app is good for trading anywhere. No big issues so far.

Been with Pepperstone for 2 years. They don’t jack up spreads during news events like other brokers do.

Raw Spread account + GlobeGain cashback is a solid combo. Fair commissions and actual ECN pricing.

Their overnight swap rates beat most Aussie brokers. Matters if you hold past 5pm EST.

Use cTrader, not MT4. Better execution and the interface grows on you after a week.
