What's exness actually like when you open your first account there?

I’m seriously considering Exness as my primary broker and I want to hear from people who’ve actually been through the account opening process there and started trading.

I’m not looking for marketing speak. I want to know real things like: How quickly did they verify your documents? Was the platform actually intuitive when you first logged in? Did customer support respond if you had questions setting things up?

Also curious about the actual trading experience once you got started. Did the platform feel stable? Were there any surprises with the terms or conditions you didn’t catch upfront?

And one more thing—did the rebate setup work smoothly with GlobeGain, or was it complicated getting that integrated?

Anyone willing to share their honest first experience opening and trading on Exness?

Verification took two days. Platform was clean and easy.

Rebate setup was straightforward through GlobeGain dashboard.

I opened my Exness account about four months ago. The whole process took maybe 20 minutes from start to finish.

Documents got verified same day, which was faster than I expected. Logging into MT5 for the first time felt natural—I didn’t need to watch a tutorial to understand where everything was.

Setting up the rebate through GlobeGain was easy too. Just a few clicks and my account was linked. The cashback started showing up the next trading day.

Only issue I had was forgetting my MetaTrader password, but their support team got me sorted within an hour.

Opening account was smooth. Took a day to verify everything.

Platform worked fine from day one. No major complaints so far.

Opened with Exness about six months back. The account setup was one of the simplest I’ve done—faster than FxPro, definitely faster than some of the other brokers I’ve tested.

What stood out to me was that they didn’t immediately push me toward a huge leverage option. They let me choose based on my account size and experience level, which felt thoughtful.

The platform loaded instantly on my laptop and phone. MT5 has more tools than MT4, but if you’re new, MT4 is simpler and still powerful enough.

Got the GlobeGain rebate linked without friction. Money started flowing back within a week once I placed my first trades.

One heads up: their spreads shift based on your account type and deposit size. Smaller accounts sometimes see slightly wider spreads. Nothing shocking, just something to factor in when you’re comparing costs.

Customer support was responsive but generic sometimes. For account setup they were helpful. For specific trading questions, I got decent but not expert-level answers.

That’s pretty normal for most brokers, so I didn’t expect much more. Overall a solid broker to start with, especially if you’re planning to use rebates to offset costs.
